Amanda’s yoga lessons, workshops and retreats are my lifeline as a busy mum of three and school teacher. Vinyasa flow yoga has improved my core strength and overall bodily well being, preventing lower back pain too. But it has also helped me become a calmer, happier and more peaceful person. I also relish Amanda’s workshops and retreats where she works with other teachers, providing spiritual nourishment for mind, body and soul. Highly recommended!
